I’m almost at a loss of words when I sit down to write a review for this place. I own a local HVAC company and most of our guys enjoy dirt biking, and four wheeling. Every year we rent an Airbnb to take our guys and spoil them, cook for them, enjoy each other‘s company and say thank you for their hard summer. My family and I were able to spend some time at Therapy Throttle recently. It's an amazing property with both beginner friendly and more advanced and challenging trails. Small dirt track for the kids so parents can supervise from the house balcony, but also a full size track that is very well maintained with nice angled banks, a table top, and various singles, doubles, and triples. Throttle therapy is a very unique vacation spot in that it has many things to do on site. Countless wooded trails, an MX track out front, a small kids track out back, and several others around the 100 acre property. Spent some time at the 100 yard range that was filled with steel targets. Plenty of room in the house and garage for gathering. Close to lake Anna and food/ice cream shops. Great week spent !!
We had an amazing trip and can't wait to go back next year!!!! This place had it all, we had ages that ranged from Adult to 2 years old and every single person had the most amazing time. Highly recommend. So many memories made ❤️
Amazing property! Plenty of trails for riding and a lot of amenities. Only complaint is that the home could use some updating/tlc.
