I have called them for service on my bike. They will do it. All I am waiting on is a quote for the work. I get it they are busy but damn if you want any future business from anyone at least respond with a quote in the 1 to 2 days you said you would. If all you are doing is focused on fixing the bikes in front of and not working on future business then one day you will be wondering where your customers went. 10/31/25 - Update. I dropped my quad off to get the motor rebuilt they said 4 to 8 weeks. It took over 7 months. It was hard to contact them. Then when I got the bike back it runs good but they stored it outside and parts were all rusted and aluminum was oxidized. Not how you should do business.
Great customer service, was able to drop my tire off to be mounted and balanced and pick up after work. They made sure to have it done before I got off. Major note no scuffs or scratches on my rim, would definitely recommend
