I hope anyone considering a purchase from this company reads this. The people here do not owe you anything! They are very busy and they run a tight shop.. for clients that treat them with respect and patience. If youre spamming their phone then YOU are the problem. I recently visited this place expecting a professional and welcoming experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff’s behavior made the situation even worse. I have tried to call at least 15 times have left about 10 voicemails and several text messages over the past month to try to get my motorcycle oil changed. No one ever answers the phone very poor customer service. Especially after spending about $20,000 with this company.

Looking to buy my first bike and Nicole was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on ALL models. The facility is very well organized and has a cool hipster vibe.
