I want to start by saying that I started out really liking this place. Ken, Dylan, and Nicole are the owners. I have always experienced great customer service with each of them. I recently Bought a brand new Himalayan 450. They did a great job installing all the extras that I bought for the bike in a short amount of time. Throttle Company is a great local bike shop here in Columbus, in a really cool store. They've been very welcoming to me as a new rider and answering my questions. They show care and genuine regard for their customers; they didn't even charge me for an issue that took hours of their time to investigate for which I am very grateful. Also check out their social events and rider demo days on their website. Nice selection of gear as well.

Great shop! They have a nice selection of Royal Enfield, Moto Guzzi and vintage bikes. I just bought my third bike from them last week, a 2022 Moto Guzzi V85TT Guardia d'Onore. Love it! Tony took great care of me. I bought a 2019 Royal Enfield INT650 from him back in 2022. He's a very knowledgeable, no nonsense kind of guy. Just look for the tall guy wearing a Dixxon flannel and Boston Scally cap. ;-) The rest of the staff are awesome as well. They host bike nights as well as other events on a frequent basis.
