I just want my vehicle back as well as my down payment. They've had it over 6 months and state they are backed up on repairs. Now the number to dial is disconnected. Every time I go, they are closed. Just give me my money and vehicle back. There's others that will provide service in a timely fashion that are just as good. Was recommended here. BIG Waste of time!

Towed and replaced coil packs and plugs on same day. And we were able to travel out of state the next day as planned. Very helpful and recommended!

I had an accident where my car needed to be repaired (costing roughly $4000). Throne Auto works with my insurance company, therefore I was directed to them for claim repair purposes. My entire experience with this facility was frustrating from start to finish. The men are nice when you speak with them but 1. their hours are not readily available online. October 23 around 5:20 PM today. I was driving in the left lane when this incompetent driver of your tow truck without a turn signal cut me off and almost hit me we end up getting off at the same exit. My GPS tells me I need to be in the right lane so I’m merge over and as I’m passing him He goes to merge into me again and almost hits me again You all really need to do better. Your company will never see a penny of my money because of the type of people you employee.

Unable to provide quotes. I called to get an estimate because Im quote shopping. They don't provide estimates. Even after I explained I understand the disclaimer (they may determine more needs to be done once they look at it) I just want to know how much they charge for the specific repairs with parts and labor; I was refused a price quote. However if you want an estimate done there and decide not to have them fix it, They charge $100......
