I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I didn’t even make it through the door. I was calling as a referring provider. Their website clearly lists DMX as a service, so I called to confirm before sending a patient their way. A woman answered the phone sounding miserable from the start. I politely asked if they offered DMX. She put me on hold for twenty minutes. Staff is horrible called for the fist time and I was so surprised how the reception was answering questions I never even made an appointment I was so disappointed
