Thriving Minds is such a safe space, from the moment you step through the clinic doors. (It feels anything BUT clinical). The waiting room is such a calming space; greenery, soothing music, T2 tea and grounding blue hues welcome you in. My own therapist Nikki has been incredibly impactful in my life and I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am today without her. The booking system is also seamless and getting an email and text reminder of my appts is also very helpful. Can’t recommend Thriving Minds enough.
