It’s a zoom call, goes well, I struggle with ways to access help sometimes and seems it’s just a friendly talk. It’s nice to get things off your chest, some days it’s good to have some I sit and direction. I’m overwhelmed thru the week.
DO NOT USE This company. I have followed my current therapist for several years now to and from multiple agencies. She recently had a medical issue and notified me she went into the hospital. Unfortunately this was while i was in crisis and she canceled appointments for all her clients. Thrive works failed to notify her patients and abandoned us.
