Left our session with Janet feeling disappointed. 90% of the session was spent providing information on family …. names ages of our kids, parents, siblings, etc. all of which could have been handled with a simple online portal. My wife attended but questioned why she was even there as very little input was asked of her. I’m sure the provider I saw (Janet) can provide adequate services for others and perhaps I caught her on an off day, but she was just not a good fit for me and there were a couple company red flags that raised. Firstly, I arrived to my appointment location promptly and was met with a dark building and a locked door.
