The interaction with the therapist is remarkably professional and helpful. There seems to be frequent technical problems with the virtual sessions however. Please try to remedy these issues if possible because they take away time from the session as well as disruptive to cohesiveness of thoughts and communication.
My therapist didn’t show up, I reach out to confirm my appointment and to make sure I didn’t get charge a late fee and still was charged late at this point I feel like I was scammed and on top of the I showed up to a building that look vacant
I can’t say enough about how much insight I have gained from my therapist at Thriveworks. It was the best call I have made!
