Therapist was a NO SHOW for first appointment. There was no after hours support to find anyone. No one ever called. I took time off of work, and no one showed. When I attempted to call in the morning, there was no one to speak with regarding this. I was left on hold almost 15 minutes before someone came back and told me that no one could speak with me and it had to be handled by a different department. How did this person not know that? So wasted my time before work. Completely irresponsible.
I am rating the customer service agency that they outsource to 2 stars. It took over EIGHT MINUTES to confirm info on the phone. Why so long? Because they ask the same questions multiple times. All I wanted to do was ask if they billed insurance (which they did not even though it is set up online to bill insurance). The service associate said, "Thank you," and "please" a lot. But eight minutes to give birthdates, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc. is way too long! And when I asked why I had to wait on hold again... read more
Experience was great. Dr. D was very informative and listened to my explanations of struggles. Had good advice for me to start realizing my downfalls.
