I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Thriveworks has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I was charged a $135 no-show fee for a virtual therapy appointment that I made every effort to attend. I was logged into the virtual waiting room for my scheduled appointment and have documentation to support that. I also spoke with my therapist that same day, yet I was later told there was “no response” from me and that my appointment was considered a no-show. Had connection problems then got kicked off the zoom call. Went back into the zoom call then kicked out again and wasn’t allowed back in. This happened with in the first 10-15 min but the therapist said I was in the session for 55 minutes and months later they still haven’t resolved the issue after I sent the proof the session only lasted a few minutes. Constant text messages and emails of them attempting to run my card and hunt me down for this $35 after the therapist blatantly lied about how long the session lasted. Never ... read more
This was a wonderful experience working with Melissa Law, she is very easy to talk to, she listens and just really help you to come to terms with what you are dealing with. This really saved my life. I would highly recommend Melissa and the Thrive program.
