This company billing department is terrible and I hate Thriveworks. I wasn't notified when my insurance didn't cover and had a large charge. I called got on a plan and today another large charge came through. Now, if I'm on a payment plate for my 3 visits, then why did I get charged full instead of payment agreement? The customer support is foreign languages and difficult to talk to. I am very pissed off!! 8/27 I called again to review my account. So, I am being billed twice for the same appointments.
