Nothing wrong at all with my therapist Brian. He is amazing but I had a work emergency come up and all they care about is me paying the over $100 fee to reschedule since it’s less than 48hrs. This place is supposed to help you but this is far from it. I contacted the help line and she acted like it was no big deal. They have lost my business and I advise you to go somewhere else as well. This is the response they gave me after saying they would help me work this out.
I DIDN’T GET A SESSION BECAUSE MY THERAPIST QUIT. AWFUL SERVICE
