Alexa was great and easy to talk to. Very positive in her approach.
Called them to schedule an appointment. Told her I wasn’t going to use insurance but that I did have it. I wanted to know the hourly rate- I wanted to go that route.At the 15 minute mark she tells me there’s no availability with either pay out of pocket or insurance. Not “hey well we are 3 weeks out for appointments” or anything like that. Just “there’s no availability” + more nonsense talk. I wasted 15 minutes ?
