I've had a very poor experience with ThriveWorks. I went with ThriveWorks b/c of loneliness and abandonment issues, and also, that they provide therapy services after banking hours because I work 9-5 (and accepted by my insurance). I went to one provider and was making progress, but they canceled on me twice nearly back to back. Due to their schedule, I went 3-4 weeks in-bewteen several appointments. They tried to double charge my card on file. Called the billing department 4 days in a row trying to resolve the issue. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and clearly can’t make sense of their own billing statements. Trying to take advantage of peoples weakened mental state. They lost my business.
Thriveworks Counseling is a safe place with great people who make it feel that way. Shannon is one of those people who truly make you feel safe enough to be your most vulnerable, you can have difficult and sensitive conversations with her without receiving judgment, she is kind, and she is passionate about what she does and it shows through how much she cares.
