I was doing therapy and my bad review is for the peolpe who do the insurance billing. I was in theraphy since last year and had no problems with the billing until recently. The last 2 sessions were charged to my debit card with out sending the bill to my insurance. I called for the first charge and i was told that it was fixed, this would not happen again and, that i should see a refund. Well it happened again and when I called I was told that someone made a mistake on there side but i would have to wait for both transaccion... read more
