The therapist I had did a good job; I'd like to focus on the payment issues. I've had several issues with therapy places not communicating costs and this one was no different. Before the first session, I had a long chat with a gentlemen and explained to him that I had issues with previous therapy services because of the insane surprise out-of-network charges that don't appear until later. I was doing therapy and my bad review is for the peolpe who do the insurance billing. I was in theraphy since last year and had no problems with the billing until recently. The last 2 sessions were charged to my debit card with out sending the bill to my insurance. I called for the first charge and i was told that it was fixed, this would not happen again and, that i should see a refund.
