I really enjoy my sessions with Elliott Brown. He listens and stops me to ask how certain things about the situation made me feel. At time I feel we could talk for a long time. He reminds me that Roma was nit built in a day. But it session the situation get better and better. Empty nest is hard at time. I did not have any problem with billing. The only thing I dislike is the cancelation policy. But I have learn to just message Mr. Brown.
Upon doing my intake with Juanda I felt heard,seen and hopeful.
Said the initial intake was $200 charged me way more than that. Then sessions after was $170. My insurance took care of a lot of that and got billed way more than expected. Don’t feel like I was helped in my journey. So I canceled service and got billed a high bill after 4 sessions. I didn’t get billed until they knew I wasn’t going back so the billing was delayed
My visit was great. Mrs. Juanda was amazing. May God bless this business and the workers.
