Martha is kind. Only having 3 sessions she has given me ideas to follow through on. It’s a work in progress.
Three stars because it's only my second session with her so I really haven't gotten to get the feel of it yet. Karen herself seems like a professional therapist.
Great session; easy access to my therapist who has a calm demeanor and has been very helpful.
