I went to cancel my appt and since I didn’t call at the right time i had to follow through in keeping the appt. I called at 120pm on Monday and my appt is Wed 10am . So warning call before your appt time at least 3 days in advance.
Martha is kind. Only having 3 sessions she has given me ideas to follow through on. It’s a work in progress.
Three stars because it's only my second session with her so I really haven't gotten to get the feel of it yet. Karen herself seems like a professional therapist.
