My family member had an appt May 6th- we have called NUMEROUS times to get a diagnosis or even any literature regarding his appt. We have gotten NOTHING but the RUNAROUND from this establishment. EXCUSES AND PROMISES… at this point it is truly insurance fraud as we have received NOTHING for what we have been billed for. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do not bother, they are a corporation and do not care about the patients and just want your money. An appointment was made and we did show up for the appointment and was not comfortable with the therapist Abigale that was provided and was still charged a no show fee since the call was cut short because of her incompetence and not a good therapist. They then charged the no-show fee and refused to refund it so their state license will be submitted as a fraudulent charge to state board of Texas.
