Love the therapist, Christina P. Nice, caring and helpful woman. However, the billing department is absolutely ridiculous. They lied about me not owing them anything anymore since my insurance should have had it covered, then proceeded to wait over a year later to bill ONE session over $100 from February 2022, it is now April 2023. AVOID - This company and some of their therapists are unprofessional, under qualified, and flake out mid session. They charged my credit card a year after last appointment because they had the credit card information in the wrong system. Not cool. My card was charged $180 weeks before Christmas from appointments that took place over a year ago.

Love my therapist. The billing department is just out of control bad. I understand you might believe this should be a 2 star, but its the most ridiculous billing of any company I've dealt with in my entire life. I've spent about 5 hours on the phone with them resolving this issue. Basically, I'm supposed to be under insurance. The counselors are very wonderful, it’s not what I needed. The payments and monthly statement is very stressful which (100-140$ a week). Pretty much called them every other week the same number to fix the same issue with insurance (weekly payments) ‘til I unsubscribe from them. They’re all sweet people, don’t get me wrong, just have no organization and communication from what it looks like. DO NOT USE THRIVEWORKS!! I have insurance. They insisted on a debit card so they could take out a monthly fee they said could not be put on my HSA. Twice without permission or warning they went into my account and took Money out of my account because their Accounts Receiving department doesn't know how to find money the insurance company sent for payment. Then when I refused to allow them to do it again they FORCED my daughters therapist to stop seeing her. OH YEAH they really care about people and their mental health! They ... read more
