Instead of billing my insurance they debited from my checking. Not acceptable. Also I don’t feel like I’m getting anything from my therapy sessions. I need constructive feedback, tools to navigate the challenges that brought me to therapy. I’m going to seek alternative therapy that better fits my needs.

Her presence was grounding, and she helped me feel centered during our session. I appreciated how she listened without judgment and built trust so naturally. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to continuing this journey with her.
