TLDR: This place is a scam and does not care about the wellbeing of their patients. The providers and support team are dismissive and incompetent. Do not go here! I don’t even know where to begin. The first lady I met with in June, she answered the call with her phone (I think after having technology issues. But it just felt so unprofessional. She was also like 15-20 minutes late to the appointment. She never submitted the prescription I was prescribed so I had to reach out to her after the appointment to get my prescription... read more
I met for the first with my therapist today. She was great but because I am disabled and have trouble walking (I use a cane) we had to meet outside in the breezeway. This is NO REFLECTION at all on my therapist. Just a heads up to the public that location is NOT handicap accessible!!! Its on the 2nd floor up some extremely steep steps!!! My therapist was extremely accommodating and I enjoyed meeting outside. Just want others who may struggle with mobility of the challenges there as there are no elevators!!!!!
