This was my 2nd provider from Psychiatry and I'm very pleased with my new provider she listened well and her face seemed very kind and concerned with my questions. She quickly assessed my situation and properly corrected it WITH A SMILE and with kindness. A smile goes a long way in helping a patient feel legitimate, safe and heard. Especially in a video visit.
Meredith helped me get perspective on a persistent trigger in my everyday life. She reminded me of a tool I knew about, but hadn't applied to this particular problem. She listens, really listens!
Excellent! Cindy hit on at least 6 "light-bulb" concepts (Oprah) that rang so true at those intervals. Very apropos. As a result of our 30 minutes of exchange, I arrived at an interim solution to my need to get past overwhelming to get started. I will keep a list of "things done," not "things to do."
