The front desk staff is always very helpful in terms of scheduling appointments, I’ve had a very nice experience with them. I really like my therapist here. One thing I didn’t like was initially my psychiatrist was changed 3 times in quick succession which was very hard for me. But now I seem to have found a stable psychiatrist and therapist and hopefully it stays that way. The customer service provided by the front desk staff is very nice, they really do make sure you get the appointment slot that works for you!
Cindy Johnson is a WONDERFUL therapist who genuinely cares about her patients well being! I was seeing her for over a year and but lost my job. Now I’m employed again and hoping to get her back! She is a one in a million! Love you, Cindy!
Followed my therapist to Thriveworks because she is great. They demanded payment a year and a half AFTER services with no communication prior. I am unemployed, disabled and a student, the impromptu transaction of $1900 was detrimental to me. Buyer Beware. Therapists Run.
I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating. This company sucks and does nothing but scam. They refused to bill my insurance, refused to let us talk to anyone higher up, automatically charged me almost $1400 out of my own pocket WITHOUT warning or authorization, they just keep your card on file after one use. And you cannot remove said card. This company sucks, their help line sucks, and I feel more stressed and anxious AFTER using this company for therapy.
