I had a very disappointing experience with ThriveWorks, Rowlet and Therapist Njideka Obi. I attended a full one hour consultation for grief and loss therapy for myself and my elementary aged child. After this session I realized the therapist was not the right fit, and I politely informed the office that I would be moving forward with a different provider. The company improperly shared my child’s personal and billing information with an unauthorized party. My subsequent attempts to address this matter with a supervisor were unsuccessful, as I was repeatedly routed through a customer service representative and denied direct communication with the supervisor. This conduct demonstrates a troubling lack of regard for customer privacy and data protection.
