Excellent session with counselor but frustrated by Zoom implying that I need to purchase/ Upgrade application before I can sign on with the scheduled session.
The worst over-the-phone scheduling process I have ever heard. Whoever was on the other line couldn’t take down correct client information, couldn’t offer any correct information on what medication can be prescribed. Frustrating and an embarrassing representation for this company.
