My first session with Brandie went well. The second appointment was much different. I arrived about 10 minutes early, but the office door was locked. I waited outside in the cold for about 30 minutes before anyone arrived. The provider came about 20 minutes late. I understand that things happen and people run late. I wouldn’t have minded nearly as much if someone had called or sent a quick message, or if there had already been more established rapport.
