Incredibly high cancellation fee, and one sided. We missed an appointment and were charged $175. The clinician previously cancelled on us 24 hours before, but said she was allowed to do this without penalty. The clinician would not reschedule or give a one time grace because she had already forgiven the fee to someone else that week, and then they cancelled on her again. I’m not sure how taking penalty out on me for this makes sense.
First time and so far so good. My provider was excellent.
