They're a great company as long as you have 0 issues with insurance. My daughter is double insured. I submitted both insurances when I registered her like they requested. For some reason they're system didn't keep her primary insurance on file and they just billed her secondary. I didn't know this though!! I was paying co-pays and everything was fine until we got a message stating that they had been billing the wrong insurance and needed her other cars refiled so they can submit the claim.
