Sessions are very helpful!
Lara is a gift from God! I’ve been in therapy before but I really feel like she is reaching my soul. She is the best counselor I’ve met/had to date! I am looking forward to my next session already. But I’ll be reading the paperwork she sent until our next session!
Waste of time and money. Go find somewhere more established.
