I love Drs schnur and barbera they are amazing, really helped me through toughest times in my life and helped me understand what I need to work on to better myself and made me feel like I was and am important

I am learning new skills to deal with negative thoughts. Stop catch and change a thought before it becomes a storm and downward spiral for me. I am connecting with my faith and community for support and that feels good. I am learning new skills to work on this week for better communication. As well as working on mindfulness skills tp learn to be present in the moment.
