Horrible intake people. Oh they won't take you unless you add your credit/debit card, nope I have covered insurance. So why would I put my personal debit/credit card when insurance is paying. So I couldn’t book the therapy service. Disgusting, and out of order. Ace was nice. Star didn't listen to me when I asked for another intake person. Would not suggest this service here. Bye
Therapists are great and have really helped out. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The billing department is the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Dont ever give them your credit card. They never bill correctly they over charge and you will have to fight with them after every visit. When you call they never seem to be able to find the problem on there end. You can ask if you own them anything else after talking for an hour they will tell you your balance is zero then in a few days you will randomly have ... read more
