While I have only had two visits with my therapist, I find that she is extremely open and warm. She’s an active listener and asks thoughtful reflective questions that require me to analyze my own perceptions about grief and healing. I’m so pleased to have someone help me through this period of time.
My therapist really helps me and gives me constructive feedback. Sometimes its really hard to see myself and having an external opinion and guidance really helps.
