Hold times are unbearably long. The callback option does not work because nobody ever calls you back. In the case that you are actually able to get a hold of someone, they tell you that they are unable to support you due to your subscription level and have to transfer you. It was until this point that I learned there were different tiers, they did not mention it once during my enrollment.
Very helpful, great Therapist. Thriveworks is trying their best to set me up with what i need. My Therapist Thuy Ulrich is patient, empathetic.
A little pricey, not sure why insurance not cover any of it, seems like I'm paying full price... good quality, seems tries to end earlier than 1 hour
Ann was very kind, patient, and a great listener. Her responses and questions and suggestions made sense to me. I feel very comfortable with her, am glad to have at least a few more sessions with her.
