Tracy was wonderful with my son, and he warmed up to her quickly, playing and sharing with her. She was very patient with him and engaged throughout the play therapy session.

I have never had a worse experience. On the first encounter the woman was callous and rude. She had me fill out a survey and then said to me, “it’s the first day, this is all that’s needed, thanks.” And directed me to the door. I made a comment about the time, reminding her that we had only been sitting for 30 minutes as opposed to the hour we had paid for.
