Absolutely will not recommend this to anyone. I booked a same-day appointment changed my schedule around in anticipation only to find out the therapist no-showed. Why have a time slot available at 12:30 PM when you want to use it for something else or have lunch absolutely frustrating when you need to talk to someone and you’re looking forward to this visit when you called their phone number it’s a international virtual assistant there are no help at all. I would not recommend.

Had my first virtual session yesterday . The session was so great. But this review is for the customer support Thriveworks has. I booked a in-person session with someone and found the therapist was 2 hrs away. I contacted (called) support not only did a human answer immediately but she canceled that appointment, searched my area for me, went over a few therapist credentials for me , and finally set up a new appointment. I truly enjoy my Therapist, she’s someone that listens without interrupting, great person to talk too.
