It is a scam, they will charge you for things you don't receive and then process the payment without giving you a notification letting you know when it is due. The replies they are giving people under their reviews are fake and don't lead to solutions. Their customer service is fraudulent as well, as they claim they are there to help you, but they don't help at all.
$130 cancel/reschedule fee if not done in 48 hrs. 44hrs is too late to avoid cancellation fee.
After researching and trying to find the correct therapist, I finally settled on one. Call the office and was given who specializes in what. Then show up to the appointment and was told about late fees and that they didn't specialize in I needed. I was still charged anyway. Very disappoint in my experience with this clinic and therapist.

I needed a person that listened to me without interruptions and I found that in Dr. Riley. She continues to give me useful tools to help me when my world starts to close in on me. For that, I’m grateful to her.
