Had to reschedule for a week later on behalf of my child and the phone service the company uses refused to address me by my name but by someone else's, was super rude. I told her never mind I want to cancel and she was rude about that as well. She said her name was pat and put me on hold to cancel the appointment multiple times. There is an enormous cancelation fee for less than 48 hours so I will be extremely frustrated if I am charged despite reassurances that my childs appointment was canceled.
