I highly do not recommend their services. Do not leave your credit card information on file. They made unauthorized, illegal and wrongful charges to my wife’s account!! According to their customer service they do not have a physical billing location and no one is willing to help. We are going to have to take their action to more serious matters. Again, I definitely do not recommend this organization!

I have had a horrible experience and have yet to have my first initial appointment. After multiple cancellations from the first clinician, and being told I was going to be charged for a no show on the appointment that was still more than a week in the future, I had an appointment was made with a different clinician who then failed to show up. I waited in the zoom waiting room and eventually gave up and disconnected 37 minutes into my scheduled appointment time. I opened two cases with support via email and have yet to receiv... read more
