This place needs to be investigated for medical fraud. They say cash patients accepted and as I tried to make appt as cash patient they stated if they did not get the patients medi-cal information to run in system they would not make appt. Which is irrelevant if paying cash. I also agreed to sign waiver but they still wanted to run my child’s info in the system. Nick Shirley needs to look into this place.
Did not consent, don't remember if I was taken into facility while I was abducted last year.
I highly do not recommend their services. Do not leave your credit card information on file. They made unauthorized, illegal and wrongful charges to my wife’s account!! According to their customer service they do not have a physical billing location and no one is willing to help. We are going to have to take their action to more serious matters. Again, I definitely do not recommend this organization!

I have had a horrible experience and have yet to have my first initial appointment. After multiple cancellations from the first clinician, and being told I was going to be charged for a no show on the appointment that was still more than a week in the future, I had an appointment was made with a different clinician who then failed to show up.
