I had the most amazing therapist through Thriveworks for over 2 years and have decided to leave Thriveworks due to a poor cancellation policy. You must cancel within 48 hours and if you don’t you will be charged 135 dollars even if you have had an emergency or situation out of your control. They don’t even give you the option to reschedule within the same week. They have charged me even with 47 hours notice. Have been receiving services from Adrianne for over a year for my 6 year old granddaughter who experienced multiple traumas. Adrianne is professional, prompt, and really understands young children.
