My provider (Marcia Smith) never showed up. This was supposed to be the first apt. Then when I called the help line to let them now she was a no show, the call center had closed. As of right now I am not impressed with this Telehealth platform for counseling or mental health services.
Stephanie, is an overall thorough therapist. She covers all areas associated with the topic being discussed. I have enjoyed our sessions and highly recommend her services.
