If I could put 0 stars I would. I was no showed by my psychiatrist and then I was given a notice that I was going to be charged a $135 no show fee. I called twice to get this handled. First I was told there was some confusion they needed to figure out. When I called the second time they said there was no change on my account. I was now charged $135 today. No one will answer my calls to get this handled. I have proof of my psychiatrist no showing ME.
The cheapest rates I could find for therapy in Atlanta and it shows. The business model here seems to be subpar or underperforming therapists who are renting poorly-maintained rooms. My therapist couldn't broadcast the fact that she didn't want to be there any more than she did without outright saying it. Like a college freshman attending an 8am class (appointment was at 10am).
