Loved my provider Dr Smith!! Hate the policies though, as a therapist myself I understand no shows, but emergencies usually arise before the 48 hour policy they have to reschedule. This has been a problem for me resulting in me looking to discontinue my services. My wonderful therapist has been the reason I’ve stayed, but the policies are causing me more strsss than anything
