Liz was very attentive. Very informative without feeling rushed.
Had an appt with professional who sent a document that I needed to take to my primary care provider. Thriveworks can’t seem to sort out the problem of getting registered on the proper portal to retrieve said document. So after several calls on the service live having to explain the issue from scratch every time is unacceptable. Nearly 2 weeks and still unable to log into portal… The lack of competence is staggering.
