The counselor was great! The Thriveworks as a whole is absolutely awful and a scam!!! My insurance didn’t cover so the website asks for a card on file and it put one and was charged $340 for 2 sessions then I changed the card on file and did not go back since my insurance didn’t cover not cover and 3 months later they charged the card I took off file even though I hadn’t been to therapy since march. I felt comfortable and appreciated the open environment that allowed for everyone to have an opportunity to participate and express themselves
I didn’t have a good experience with this place. Two visits were enough for me to decide to go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend it. I think there are better options out there.
