I had an appointment with a psychiatrist this morning. She no call no showed. No explanation, no resolution. As a person seriously struggling right now, this is not acceptable. I would have been charged for the visit if I was a no call no show. And no one else is available until tomorrow. The best the office could tell me was yeah.....sorry. Unreal.
Having a zoom appointment is not the best option and the Psychologist needs a refresher course, it's a waste of money and time. I don't like to give this kind of survey but there's no good points i can share with the appointment.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.My husband and I initially signed up for pre-marital counseling and were matched with a provider who was listed as in-network with our insurance. While the provider himself was personable, the overall experience was extremely frustrating from both a scheduling and administrative standpoint.
