impersonal, therapist sopent most of session typing
My experience with my counselor is great. I feel like she listens to what im saying and she is able to communicate idea, coping skills to get though my triggers.
I'm coming to understand that Thriveworks is just a platform that those in the field of psychology and psychiatry join as independent contractors. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the ones I've dealt with has been horrible (not responding to emails but then will text when they need to reschedule last minute in which if we do that we get charged $135, saying they will reschedule but don't, and then overbooking themselves showing a lack of knowing how to run a business).
