therapists and med therapists are amazing there, but the problem is the company itself and especially the billing department. word of advice do not put a card in to set up the account even temporarilly, only had a card in there in the beginning, and replaced it with another card this weekend they went and charged that card that was not even in the account for the whole bill without permission
Steven Smalls is an absolute joy to talk with. He listens and then responds with wonderful wisdom and advice. His methods and examples have on the right path.
When I called Thriveworks and spoke to the schedule staff, they recommend and scheduled us with Shekina Adams. Our first interaction was great and the kids ezpecially my oldest was very receptive to her. Looking forward to proceeding with her and working together as a family to ensure our family dynamics and communication is strong as our kids get older and navigate decision making on their own.
