I don’t know what kind of business you guys are running. A “mental health” facility billed me without even trying to run it through my insurance. They claimed they tried to call my insurance and get the correct payer ID but couldn’t. I call crap. You guys over drafted my account and now I’m out $600 dollars until it’s made right. It wasn’t even made clear to me when or if I would get my refund. You should never bill a patient when they have valid insurance that you accept because some information was incorrect. Mohammed is an excellent therapist. He’s very encouraging and helps me celebrate my progress in and out of our sessions. I was hesitant picking a male therapist initially, but followed my gut and chose him anyway. I have no regrets.
