I had “technical difficulties” joining the zoom call which they blamed on me even though they sent about 6 different links. The therapist was ok but spoke with really bad grammar and was very patronizing. Then they charged my copay before filing my claim. I’ve reached my out of pocket max so there is no cost to me now. They just wanted to fight me and not submit a claim to my insurance because I cancelled the next appointment. I don’t think this group is any better than betterhelp and I’ve heard horror stories. I had one appointment that lasted 9 minutes. The provider was rude. I waited a month for this appointment and took off of work for him to be rude and judgmental. Stay far away from this place they are terrible.
