The intake department is the absolute worst.
I told the person who scheduled me that I just needed short therm therapy, and she said they could accommodate me, and just tell the therapist what I needed. When I met with the therapist, she said they only do long term therapy (once a week or biweekly). The person on the phone could have told me that before she wanted my time and money. Communication is definitely not a strong suite here, ironically as a therapy group.
Had a zoom call with Taniece Worley ..no personality, felt more judged than heard. A little over half way through I just began to shut down. Have another appointment with James Weima ..we shall see..
