Do NOT waste your time here. Both the psychiatrist that I saw here and the psychiatrist that my partner saw here were highly unprofessional. They will schedule appointments without telling you (undoubtedly trying to get you to pay the expensive missed appointment fees if you don't realize they've made a mistake and cancel). I had my first therapy session this week and it went so well I am so happy with the therapist I was scheduled with. *The problem*-customer service representatives. I have called multiple times and the representatives I have talked to make the process so hard to fill out paperwork needed for my employer. I sent them an email of release authorization forms and the lady on the phone said “I see your email but I don’t see the attachments” I told her to keep scrolling and guess what?
