Katherine was patient and had a listening ear. She kept repeating what she heard just to be sure she was understanding what we were saying in other to advice us better. She did a great job. Yes I would recommend her.
Terrible. APRN has the worst bedside manner and it’s just not worth the headache. Found someone else!
I originally posted a really kind review for this place but I’m coming back to edit it. The doctors and providers are 5 stars, the billing practices of Thriveworks is 0 stars. I am a biller and coder for behavioral health so I know first hand that their billing practices are sketchy. I would avoid this place at all costs. I LOVED thriveworks when I first started going here, so much so that I recommended 3 different people who also went here. And then the bills started coming.
