This is hard to write as Thriveworks was doing so well, but my therapist past away Jan of 2026, James. Thriveworks then incorrectly charged me 'out of network' for $1,992.25 for session with a new therapist with an internal name error in their system. Cigna has confirmed the error and I've called more than 10 times, been told different stories about being escalated and I am the customer who lost his therapist. Katherine was patient and had a listening ear. She kept repeating what she heard just to be sure she was understanding what we were saying in other to advice us better. She did a great job. Yes I would recommend her.
