I was skeptical at first. My therapist has been what I need for years. But my generation doesn't believe in therapy. Just walk it off was we were told and other things like real men don't cry. If it wasn't for my therapist Janet Lawrence, I would not be here today. I am making progress and my outlook on life is better.
